If the animal does appear to be in crisis, please contact a wildlife rehabilitator as quickly as possible.
To find a wildlife rehabilitator near you, please check the international wildlife rehabilitators directory: Rehabilitator Directory
If there are no wildlife rehabilators or facilities listed for your state, province, or country please contact your government agency responsible for wildlife. The government agency should also be contacted if you are concerned about possible illegal activities involving wildlife.
An international wildlife agencies directory can be viewed here: International Wildlife Agencies

Hornby Eagles
If you observe something about one of the adults or chicks that concerns you, please send a private message to one of the
Forum guides, and also post your concern in the Forum or mention it in the
chat room.
We have wildlife specialists standing by who will evaluate all problems. There are several people on Hornby Island equipped to handle and transport wildlife in crisis to the rehabilitation centre.
(Please note that smudges, marks, and even blood on beaks is usually due to food or rummaging in nesting material).
