Norm Snihur & his helicopter are the angels here!  :hearts2
Thank you Norm!

When i arrived at Grassy Point for the transfer of the Seal pup to Norm, turned out he had landed early & had already loaded the pup & was having his lunch before delivering the pup to care on Saltspring Island!
Here is the video i got after i arrived.

i want to thank the interns at MARS who took my calls & answered my questions.
Thank you to Reg at MARS for educating me about how to handle & observe a Seal pup.
& thank you Maj for answering my call the next morning, even though your arms were full of young Eagle at the time!
The more i learn, the less i know, & i sure appreciate MARS for helping me!  :hearts2

A chatter named Leigh came on late last evening & told us that they were one of the ones that received the Seal pup at the excellent facility on Saltspring, & were the one who fed & weighed him in at 20 pounds!
i was assured that the Seal pup was a fighter & would live!  :s*
i gave Leigh the links to post here, & they said that they would, wooohoooooooo!

What a wonderful prognosis! It is so hard to imagine how many do not have the benefits of ♥HEART♥ and places like MARS and Saltspring. It just warms my soul to know that we have these wonderful resources to help. Thank you to ALL involved.   :heart

Booni, just to follow up on the type of seal we discussed, I think you are correct, if this site is anything to go by, http://www.seals-world.com/seal-pictures.html
