Possible Arrowhead?

possible arrowhead? - july 29 2009

i found this on The Bench Trail of Mount Geoffrey Provincial Park.
It may just be a chip of stone, but doesn*t the point on the left side look like it may have been worked by a human hand into an arrow point?

Booni, that is a tragic story.  I'm so sorry that she lost her life.  Her parents must be devastated.  Did you know her?

Local CTV and CBC stations carried the story.  So sad.  :sad And so close to home for Barb and Doug and Sheila. You have my sympathies.  The whole of Hornby Island seems to be in mourning.

Here's a link to CTV Vancouver coverage at 6 o'clock:  http://www.ctvbc.ctv.ca/servlet/an/local/CTVNews/20091119/bc_hornby_death_091119/20091119/?hub=BritishColumbiaHome

Booni, I was sorry to hear about Tempest on the news. I thought it likely that you knew her; as Hornby is such a close-knit community.

From my readings she was a well liked and a multi talented young soul.  My sympathy to you, her parents, Doug, Sheila and the entire community.  Her memory will live on.  :pray2
