Monday blog from MN Bound (sounds like the callers are driving them bonkers)
http://www.mnbound.com/bald-eagle-blog

excerpt:

What will happen to Harmon if the parents don't come back?  The experts at the Raptor Center will make that decision once we take him down.  There are a couple of options.  It has not yet been determined what that will be.  It is important to note the decision will be made on "what is best for Harmon," not "what is best for the viewers." We will update you with those details when we are given the green light from them.

I'm anxious too... but it's not going to help anyone to bombard them with questions. What tough decisions have to be made. I can't watch - I just hope for a good outcome one way or another. Thanks for the updates.

Be looking for an update and video! Dad and then Mom came into nest and fed Harmon!!!  Some are saying he saw parents, called to them, and they stuffed him for 13 minutes. Wait for official news or video. But reliable sources there say they fed him! Wahoo!

I was watching the Minnesota nest when the parents returned. It was about 8pm EST. Dad came first and, almost immediately Mom came.  Both parents began feeding him the fish heads left by the climber who put Harmon back in the nest.  I just looked and, while it was getting dark, Mom could be seen brooding Harmon.  He had been alone in the nest for more than 24 hours. Great to see!

Fantastic news isn't it! I had just about given up hope that the parents would return. So glad I was wrong. Glad you got to see it! There is a video of 5 min of it on YouTube.

I loved seeing him toddle to Dad. And then look up at him and ask to be fed. Reached Dad's heart too!  :eclove

That is the most amazing thing to watch ever! I am bawling like a baby! To hear him peeping all alone on the nest was very tough. Mom and Dad both looked quite engaged in getting the little one fed (and in my world loved). Yay!!!!!
